Wanted: Senior Head Coach


Based on the Thames between Kingston Bridge and Teddington Lock, KRC enjoys one of the longest and calmest stretches of rowing water in the UK.

The club has a growing women?s? and men?s Senior Squad (our crews regularly feature at HWR, HRR and Nat Champs) and is seeking to employ a Senior Head Coach to develop the squad for the coming season.

The successful candidate will:

  • Design and implement a successful coaching strategy for the Senior Squad
  • Be proactive in the retention of current athletes and the attraction of new talent
  • Have an overview of the whole club to ensure a pathway from Novice to Elite
  • Manage and be responsible for the development of existing coaches

The position requires availability to coach on weekend mornings all year round, plus evenings during the summer.

The club is willing to consider applications to undertake the role on either a full or part-time basis. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
