Junior clothing for training and racing does not have to be expensive.
Training
In principle for training there are no restrictions about what may be
worn as long as it is sensible for rowing in:
Lots
of light layers are best - as you warm up you can gradually peel them off!
Tight/close
fitting clothes are better than baggy ones - you can easily get caught up
if your clothes are too loose!
Training
tops, especially in the winter should be long enough to cover your back
and protect the kidney area at all times.
Warm hat for winter
Spare change of clothing
In practice may juniors opt to wear a KRC ‘Rowing Rocks' T-Shirt for
training
Racing
Junior will be expected to race in Club colours. This means either a KRC
All-In-One or for the younger / less experienced juniors a ‘Rowing Rocks'
T-Shirt.
